And thanks to the sponsors too.  I lucked up and won the kick ash party pack in the cooks drawing.  And congrats to the 5 who each won a mini max in the cooks drawing.

Looks like some great cooking there and what an amazing looking location. Wish I was closer so I could attend.

@BugFreak72 - Should you be so inclined, please put your general location in your signature line.  Helps with future area specific posts.  FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Party was the most amazing and selfless apple peeler and dicer for Robins pancetta, boubon (yes boubon) apple crisp. Robin ran a tight ship!

Thanks Brent. My wife deserves a few pictures that displays the efforts of her work. Prep complete.

    On the egg it goes.

The finished Apple Crisp. Appreciate all who tasted, asked questions....and enjoyed the fruit of our work.

This was easily a crowd favorite.  Along with Piney’s (Sandy’s) tomato pies and the donut breakfast sammiches.

Just got home from a great day of eats. Thank you to all the cooks, giving your time to show all those who came the possibilities.  Those apple cups with pink icing were my wives favorite. I loved the tacos and the cuban sammy. But honestly overall the best food yet.
    First time eating iguana too
Glad you enjoyed the apple bites....

So glad that the ladies made it into the pic to save it. Coz those are some ugly mofos otherwise.

They cook ok, in more than one state apparently, but they're intolerable!

My first eggfest as a cook was definitely worth all the hard work. I wish I could have met more of you to put a face with your name. I got to talk with @SmokinTiger81 (thanks for all your advice and talking with me prior to the eggfest) and was beside the JJGeorge team, they were some really good folks. There was some really great food served all day long. If anyone went home hungry it was their own fault. It was a lot of work but a very fun time.

He stayed in our cabin. He’s very reclusive. Never gave a name. Had to sleep with my gun.
The only problem with that guy is he has about a 20 pounds of ice a day habit,  even though his Yeti's are good for 5 days a least. It must have to do with his part time mixoligy job.......what a great looking crew and food.
I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.
