We were in the Gulf last week on vaca and of course we took the mini and it loves to cook seafood.  

Loaded up mini 

And ready to eat 


Taste was great and made for a great supper.  


We also made Trigger and citrus salad.   Trigger fish had a combo of Tsunami Spin and Old Bay.
