Georgia Mountain Eggfest...

Kathy & I just finished our prep work for tomorrow's Georgia Mountain EggFest cooks in Hiawassee...first up will be a Sausage/Cheese roll, followed by a Ham/Swiss/Asiago roll...next will be three pans of roasted root veggies (carrots, fingerling potatoes, red potatoes, sweet potatoes & beets)...next will 89 pork tenderloin lollipops (a slice of tenderloin on a stick using a variety of rubs)...then finish up with 36 Shrimpburgers (which be over a hundred sample bites)...looking forward to a FUN (but busy) day!

Are there any other Eggheads attending (except SmokinTiger81, already saw him)...look me up (I'll be the guy in booth 10 with the white beard & ponytail in a tie-dyed t-shirt)!
