If you want to spend a lot of money, you can get a Tormek. I have a knock off made by Grizzly.

This is just a small sampling of Cindy's craft room scissors. Any info on an industrial automated sharping device would be greatly appreciated

Guess I'm odd man out, but with the price of scizzors I never take them to be shapened and just buy new ones. Even the scizzors which I use to cut fiberglass last me for at least 10'years.

You can easily spend $50 on a single pair of quality scissors. But if the cheap ones work for you, sounds like a sound plan.

I have (Nichole has) nice Italian Scissors. They are worth every penny. Rare they need sharpening but when they do, our local knife sharpener knows how to treat them. Cal us lazy.

I'd go with the worksharp. Replacement belts are cheap and it does a great job.
