@Sammi Steaks on the coals the other night with my brother, a fellow Egger, teaching us; Brined Pork chops and Potatoes tonight...chops on the coals, potatoes par-boiled and then roasted on the top rack on my XL Woo/Adjustable Rig indirect heat above the half stone. The steaks were amazing and flavorful. We decided to try it on pork chops tonight...they were very flavorful and very good, as well!
Meat on the baking sheet below are the pork chops.
