Lovin' the Mini (I think my LBGE is jealous!)
I am the owner of a large and a mini egg. I decided on the spur of the moment to do steaks tonight. Grabbed the little guy and fired him up, and was cooking in no time. While i've owned the LBGE the longest, and it's the most popular size for a reason, i have really learned to appreciate my Mini. Our kids are raised and we are empty-nesters now. While the large still gets plenty of use, I sure love the efficiency of the Mini when i'm just cooking for the two of us. I know I'm not saying anything new here, but as I look over old threads on this forum I often see people question whether a Mini Egg is just a novelty or really useful. I just wanted to testify to the joy of owning one - the little fella is for real!
"Honestly, Honey! Just one more Egg, and one more gun, and I'll be done!"
