Corn Dogs?

Was making the kids some corn dogs and had some smoked boudin on the egg. So why the hell not? Sliced the boudin into sections, dipped in cornbread batter, and hellz yeah it was awesome!

The one thing I loved about living in Houston was the availability of boudin. On of my favorites. I'm sure you can't beat it deep fried.
