Wife. Kids, and I enjoyed..
I actually have a Myron Mixon's blackbery BBQ sauce/ I used it as a dipping sauce and it incorporated some sweet with that spice.
If you have an opportunity to try, I recommend it.
(what am I thinking..it will be in the return shipment in a few weeks.)

24 hrs with a few tablespoons of black pepper, then coat with BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes..
