Skirt steak tacos

Good skirt steak is one of my absolute favorites. Kind of hard to find in my area but well worth the search. Made tacos with pickled red onions, crumbled feta, and some of the reserved marinade plus cilantro. Keep it pretty simple to let the meat be the star. Great meal.
