No one's portrait is better suited for velvet than Elvis. FWIW.

I recommend cutting your fiber intake.

I use cement or lime if I have some about. Diatomaceous earth sounds like a good call as well - I use it to dust the chickens for mites / lice, so a farmer type country store is the place to look.

Once you clean the spots, the rest of the floor is going to look like sh!t in comparison. Beware of the can of worms you’re opening up.

Hey man,
without posting online about why i know about this, there’s a microbial chemical degreaser that I use, in the event of heating oil tanks bursting inside a basement.
The microbes follow the oil until it is clean. Everything denatures to water. Lemme know if I can send you some I have downstairs :/

@DoubleEgger Honestly, the rest of the floor is in quite good shape-you wouldn't want to eat off it but I'm not too worried about the job scope creep. If it comes to that, then once again I f'd myself.

Just park your car over it. When you're home, you won't see the oil. When you're away, well, you won't see the oil. 😁 And if you're not actually the one who's concerned about it, have her park HER car over it!
Sorry. Not helpful I know.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I pay $7.00 a quart for this. Use on garage floor around Blackstone, and in driveway on oil stains from kids cars. Takes about 2 weeks for the enzymes to eat all the oil and leave concrete clean with no stains.

Follow-up:
This was the first attempt to make a substantial dent in the engine oil collection on the floor. Went with an in-house product (ammonia) and lots of scrubbing. Definitely made a major improvement. Will use a commercial product for the next phase but that will be awhile. Thanks for all the useful suggestions.

Why not oil the rest of the concrete to match the stain? Problem solved. #fridaylogic
It's a 302 thing . . . -
This is my theory under the blackstone on the side porch.
