91 gallons. That’s the cheapest place on the lake by 30-40 cents per gallon. A hour and half round trip running 40mph.

That is quite a price difference. Any excuse for a good boat run and there are many more on the horizon as the weather continues to improve.

pretty sure it was 5 bucks at the marina in front of me last year. i truck my gas in but i dont use nearly that much all year on the boat with the 6 hp kicker

Last year they would run fuel specials on certain Fridays at $3.29. We’d always cruise down, top off the tank and have dinner at the marina. Saving a dollar a gallon easily pays for dinner and a cocktail. The food there is phenomenal too so it’s a win win

Just bought a speed feed 400 trimmer head for my stihl fs130r. The stock stihl bump feed was a POS and hard to load. The speed feed is awesome!

Marina gas is always double what regular quick shop gas is. Same for beer and ice. That’s why I fill up on both before I get to the lake!

@Eoin $2.33/gal regular, $2.69/gal premium at the New Orleans Costco, where I try to buy all my gas. Both the Audi and Cayman use premium, regular for the truck. Boat I fuel up on the trailer with regular ethanol-free, which is about $2.80/gal. Ironic because it's cheaper to make without the ethanol, but lower distribution and demand. I use premium ethanol free in all my small engines and motorcycles/scooters.

That reminds me, I need to change the oil on my boat's Yamaha engine and the Porsche.
I've gone Mobile 1 synthetic 0W40 rated for Porsche, Audi, Merc and BMW on everything so I just have to buy one type of oil.

Played tourist in the UK last fall and I did all the unit conversions to get from Pounds Sterling/liter to $/gallon and it sorted out at just under $7 /gallon for car petrol. Can't imagine the marina/yacht up charge.

Just got back from Sam's Club. I went in for one item and came out with this, and that's not all! My wife needs to install a ankle bracelet on me.
We are planning a neighborhood dinner party very soon and couldn't pass up the steaks.
Now this purchase was my dear wife's idea. Her reasoning was and I quote "you always need extra prep space".

Anything habanero is a true winner. May have to fire up the on-line shopping function and give it a go. I do on-line shop HEB so hopefully I can bundle it.
