I was volunteered to do a brisket for wife's work retreat so I did the only smart thing I know how to do and that is practice! Right? Got a 14lbs full packer from Costco, I must say I nailed it!

You did good. Pro Tip: Don't slice it until you're eatin' it.... It does dry out quickly....
