Bachelor's Week Begins
Wife took the kids out of town for the week for Spring Break. Started the week by smoking something I have never done, mainly because SWMBO doesn't like them, beef ribs for me and doggo. Thanks to the members on the forum for reminding me about them.
Plated with chemically enhanced mac n' cheese, deviled eggs and chloe slaw. Perfect way to start the week.

Wow that is a great cook! I did beef ribs a couple days ago. I never thought mac and cheese with them until I saw your post... a simple pairing and will try next time. Nice job my friend!

I will eat mac and cheese with just about anything that comes off the grill. It is my favorite side for sure.
Ha, my phone does some weird autocorrects, I catch most of them.
Honestly not sure yet. I have some stuff that I have to go into work for today for a little bit. There is a ton of rib meat left, so I may just make some rib tacos.
