25 hours and going strong...
Started last night on my XL egg.. On one batch of lump (Fogo) first 2 briskets side by side, followed those with 3 racks of St Louis ribs and then finished with 2 full racks of pork belly bites. The EggGenius makes it SO EASY to set it and forget it and the fact I had plenty of smoking hours to spare, these things are just incredible. If I had all 3 eggs going that whole time I could feed an army in 24 hours lol....
Happy egging and +1 for the egg genius. Had it now about 6 months and I wouldn't do it any other way..
