Grilled Watermelon

For a grilled watermelon salad with tomatoes and goat cheese.
Along side blackened halibut sandwiches. Also done on the Egg.

Thanks - your post reminds me of one of @SpringChicken's recipe of pickled watermelon rind, wrapped in a piece of bacon and pined and grilled much like ABTs.
Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -
I have a recipe that's similar that I've been wanting to try. Dayum, your watermelon shot looks GOOD!
What dome temp did you use? My recipe says "Medium hot" grill, but I've been thinking very hot might work better, to char it a bit pretty quickly without drying it out too much. Yours look great -- very curious to know more.

I have made those at a Colorado Eggfest and were very well liked!
