Great looking omelet. I've been unhappy with my omelets at home until I saw a YouTube video of a Waffle House cook showing you how to make omelets by using an electric milk shake mixer. A simple $19.99 purchase and now I LOVE making omelets at home.
But again, yours looks awesome.

I'm curious about your milk shake mixer. I just use a plastic bowl and a wire whisk, 20 seconds, done, and easy to clean (and nothing to plug in, which for me at 0500 BC (before coffee) is a good thing).

Not sure how yall make omelets but for the egg part it's just two eggs, butter and sour cream. If you want to up your omelet or scrambled egg game...throw in some sour cream.

The key is to get air into the omelet to make it fluffy. That is where the milkshake mixer makes all the difference in the world. This video (the guy is weird but good) changed the way I cook omelets forever.
