Two cooks this weekend, a brisket, which was subpar in my book compared to what I usually cook...but the ribs were PHENOMENAL!! 🐷🔥

Should probably add how the cook went...
Seasoned with salt, pepper, Lawrys, paprika, garlic powder...225 deg for 3hrs, then wrapped in butter, brown sugar, honey for 2 hrs, and then unwrapped and glazed with the juice left in foil for another 30 mins 🤤🤤🤤
