Ribs, Corn, Bloody Mary Salad

Decided it was a good day for a low key dinner, did some 3-2-1 ribs with sides of corn and a Bloody Mary tomato salad.

I make the salad dressing just like a Bloody Mary, except you pour it over tomatoes instead of adding tomato juice, extra lime juice instead of vodka, and you add EVOO. Simple, bold, goes well with a rich dish like ribs.
