Beef ribs so GOOOOOOOD...

Morning All:

Pulled a package of beef ribs out of the freezer on Friday to have for dinner last Saturday...rub consisted of Dizzy Pig Game On, DP Raising the Steaks, Turbinado sugar & Kosher salt...on the Egg with hickory for smoke...

six hours later (dome temp about 265 for most of the cook) ready to come off with internal temps 190+...love the pull back on the bones...


Sliced & so moist...


Kathy made some cilantro/lime rice & a salad for a WONDERFUL dinner...


Got to do these more often!
