First time smash burgers!
This was definitely a first and learned a lot. Should have reseasoned first to get just a little nonstick. Also not easy to do with a baby crying. I got one thing right in letting them drain on paper towel for a minute first and hiding that paper towel from the wife. I didn’t get a cooking shot because of all the madness but did get a finished! Thanks for looking!

I love smash burgers. It's pretty much the only way I will make a burger these days.

Congrats! I made them for my nephew last night, when his mum came to pick him up he asked when they were going to get a Big Green Egg. I could be in trouble ... :)

My wife hates burgers off the egg (my favorite) but loved these off the blackstone so it’s a win.

Looks great! A trick I’ve learned to toast the buns is to put a light layer of mayonnaise on them before putting them on the heat.

That's a good cook and a great one to do outside on the egg! (I used to do them in the house in cast iron. They were good but the whole house would stink for a while)
