Too much green but I would kill those.  Great cook.  Congrats.

I'm a HUGE fan of fish tacos but not a fan of Talapia, so I'm torn here.  But man o' man you make it look good! Maybe next time Mahi? Cod? But again, you killed it!

@hub - I understand your thoughts on Tilapia.  I will not buy Talapia from most stores except Fresh Market.   These were fresh grown by a local producer trying to break into the market. I was very happy with the environment the fish were raised in.

In that case, ain't nothing wrong with it! Now I could debate you about flour tortillas being better than corn, but I'm too busy drooling while looking at your tacos!

Those look delicious and I love the look of the salsa.  I used to make tilapia tacos all the time but the seafood quality was much, much better in Seattle.  Now I can't even find decent salmon without a 2 hour drive.  Sigh.

@smokingal - thank you for the compliment and I totally understand the lack of good seafood quality.  I hurt every time we come home from the Gulf.  I gave this guy a try and was pleased with his quality.  I hope his idea as a fresh provider works out because his operation looked stellar to me.

Yes sir!  Great job Matt.  What did you use to season the fish?

They look great and if I could find a good source of tilapia like you did, I might try it but not after the horror stories I've read.

Flour better than corn?  Please, debate.
