I'm a HUGE fan of fish tacos but not a fan of Talapia, so I'm torn here. But man o' man you make it look good! Maybe next time Mahi? Cod? But again, you killed it!

@hub - I understand your thoughts on Tilapia. I will not buy Talapia from most stores except Fresh Market. These were fresh grown by a local producer trying to break into the market. Those look delicious and I love the look of the salsa. I used to make tilapia tacos all the time but the seafood quality was much, much better in Seattle. Now I can't even find decent salmon without a 2 hour drive. Sigh.It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

@smokingal - thank you for the compliment and I totally understand the lack of good seafood quality. I hurt every time we come home from the Gulf. I gave this guy a try and was pleased with his quality.
