Beef short/plate ribs.

I went freezer diving today after I discovered my shop had been broken into.  Several big-ticket items were stolen.  I thank @JohnInCarolina asking if I had a generator for BB or I don't think I would know of the theft now. In any case after filling out the police report, I put these short/plate ribs on around noon.  I took them off at 6:15 when they probed like butter.  I put up with a good bit of ribbing from the wife (inside joke) about being weak from malnutrition until she ate one.  I got a "that's really really good"! from her.  https://cooks.cloud.meater.com/cook/344fede2-4d7d-4c77-b971-56ad5099bf04  Not my best photo's but it's the best I could do when I started drinking at 1.

Sorry to hear about the break-in. Hope they catch whoever did it and you get your stuff back. Nicely done on the ribs though . It means the world to me when I’m able to cook something for my wife that she really likes.

Yep, a good short rib bridge is hard to find.   =)

Great looking ribs and a bit of salvation after the theft.
However, I would not need a freezer dive for beef ribs.  I would not forget about them although with advancing age that statement may ring hollow soon  ;)
As mentioned above, thiefs, scum of the earth.  Hope they catch catch the ba$tards.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Actually, I had them laid out in the fridge for a couple of days.  I just didn't know when.  Today was the time!
