these turned out perfect. 135 for 2hrs then seared in a pan. They were marinated in OJ, orange zest and spicy Dizzy Dust.

In a previous life the sauce was the meat identifier-apple sauce was pork.Now for the above-another cook where the outcome is such that you would never guess her age.
