Pork belly fritters

I’ve been looking at a recipe on All Things Bbq for a while now, and had a snow day so I went for it. Sliced up some pork belly and rubbed it down with The BBQ Rin and smoked for about 5 hours until nice and tender. Then cubed it and dipped in a cornmeal mixture and fried. They didn’t disappoint. 
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.
