That’s a big pig cooker for sure. The most I ever did at once was 10 butts in my gravity feed smoker, and they did have a better smoke profile than ones on my BGE.

I have to cook 20 more in two weeks, but gonna throw a brisket in the cabinet, too. I can't wait for that one.

Just wrapped heavily in foil and threw in the cooler. They were sold whole so the customers had the joy of opening them and pulling them apart themselves.marysvilleksegghead said:WOW that butt load of butts!
