I actually bought a brand new pair of khaki overalls just for the occasion. Fresh and new. Going to look my best for the occasion.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Grilling a nice ribeye steak from local butcher and my beautiful bride will make my favorite twice baked potatoes to go along with a nice bottle of red wine. It's what we've done now the last few years instead of going out.

Love V-day.  I'll be hitting Costco at about 4pm.  I enjoy sitting in the food court, watching all the panic stricken male shoppers rush by with the obligatory flowers.  Each one hoping he didn't screw up.  Walmart's greeting card section is also good, but Costco has it beat.

When I went to Walmart at lunch they had already moved most of the Valentine's day stuff off the shelves and were stocking up for Easter.

The wifey loves bottled water. Apparently the Crystal Springs water used to come from Blue Ridge GA. Publix is changing over their Crystal Spring water to some that is bottled in Florida. Water from Florida is not very tasty. I stopped by seven Publix stores this afternoon to shift through their stock to get the “good water” that the wifey likes. Ended up with 15 cases. That’s her V Day present.

I’m cooking a few filet’s for the wife, daughters and myself. Just took off some bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms and have some taters baking in the oven.

Filets turned out awesome. I cooked them over the half moon stone for about 10-12 minutes turning once. I then moved them directly over the fire for another few minutes. I pulled them around 127, let rest a few minutes. It may have been the best steak that I have ever had.
