    I have two. Both anova, one WiFi, one Bluetooth. I used them both once to do about 100 burgers in a big cooler. Long story, but it was successful.

    I have three.  I’ve used two at a time before and the other is still in the unopened box.  I got #2 and #3 when seriously discounted on amazon.

    I have four sous vide gizmos but have only used more than one at a time once for myself. Did loan one to a friend that wanted to use it with his to do a bunch of ribs. Have been planning to do a sous vide step with smoking a brisket but haven't gotten around to it yet. One day I will (and I'll be sure to post a pix of it).
    If you already have one why not just get another of whatever you've got?

    Sous Vide Supreme Demi that was recently retired, Anova BT, and Joule here. Joule gets the most play time these days. The Anova is occasionally called up. Also have an Instant Pot Ultra which sort of has a SV function, and I've been using it a bit in that mode.

    Moar toys!!! :)

    Its more compact than the Anova. By a good bit. Fits in a kitchen drawer very nicely, and its easy to travel with since it doesn't take up much room in a suitcase or carry-on. It also heats up the water bath significantly faster than the SVS Demi or the Anova.

    The Anova is bulkier and lives in the laundry room most of the time. Was recently used to heat up bath water (for me) when the house water supply had to be shut off for a day or so.

    I have two also, the Polyscience CHEF series and SVS.  It is good to have 2 when you have to run different temps at the same time.

    @caliPrincess...
    At least our cold water is normally just below room temp.
    When I go north to visit family it's nice to actually get cold water out of the tap.

    I've got two. Like you mentioned, 1 for the protein and one for the veggies.
