Wow! Dealer just called and my new base just arrived! Less than 2 weeks from claim to replacement.Hilton Head, SC- XL Big Green Egg w/Modular Nest

after 8 or 9 years I noticed a crack in my base from the bottom vent towards the back, took pictures and got a replacement. 18 months later the new base is still in the box in a corner of the garage, original base still going strong.
