2 Large Eggs - Raleigh, NC

    Boiler Up!!

  • Made a very simplified version of this earlier this week and was very pleased. Half cup soy, half cup Frank’s, marinated for 48 hours before dusting with rub - in this case, Dizzy Pig Kodiak River. Turned out fabulously, and I can’t say I enjoyed them any less than the original recipe. A lot less work!
  • has anybody attempted this with bone in thighs? or for that matter any other parts of a chicken? This is so delicious

The last batch I did, I only had one pack of Costco wings, so I threw in four bone-in thighs.  They were as good as the wings.  I plan to include them again.
