Ya these were a little ashtrayish. I was hoping it was just me but nope SWMBO thought so too. I just opened the last block of smoked cheese from Nov 2017! It was AWESOME!! Stored in my beer fridge @ 38 degrees in foodsaver wrap.The L O N G storage allowed the smoke to penetrate fully!Kirkland, TN2 LBGE, 1 MM
