Mine went on around 5:30 am. SRF cooks quick, so I’m counting on 12-ish hours for this 16 lb pre-trimmed beauty. 730 guest arrival — what possibly could go wrong?

Here it is. (Was.) No sliced pix — was slicing and serving. It was the most jiggly delish brisky I ever made. Credit SRF and BGE for making me look good. One friend who has a stick burner said it was the best he’s ever had. And he brought me Meathead’s book as a gift today. So I’m feeling pretty good, even tho I’m still recovering from having been overserved last night.
