Anyone know the email addy of the current person at BGE that handles warranty claims? I once had a contact name and email but I cannot seem to put my finger on it at the moment.

Thanks! Do you have his email addy? It has been 18 or so years and my dealer is out of business. Last time I went through this the new dealer wasn't all that enthused about providing warranty help. Call him at the mothership. They are notoriously bad at answereing warranty emails but they do answer and respond quickly to phone calls. Bruce Bohannon is your guy.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Your dealer should be able to take care of everything if you have your proof of purchase. The busier dealers get more frequent shipments, and may be the quickest solution. And Bruce is great if you need him
