Soooo, I'm sitting there last night, mindin' my own business, when I come across this thread about rib cooks, techiques, pictures and the like. Of course they look great (drool), but what do I care? I have a big honkin chuck roast sittin pretty in the fridge for a Sunday cook. No need for me to fire up the Egg on Saturday. No need to get greedy. Then I happen back across update pics this morning with lots of Witchy Red and Dizzy Pig. Why would you do this to me??? I'm weak, Max, weak...[p]Needless to say, my two slabs are smoking away, now. Second beer has been opened. Sigh....[p]
