Yeah buddy. Fired up the MM after  a few rain storm hiatius’ ..... Hit them with a few shakes of Holy Cow BBQ Rub.....and on the cast grate it went. All the while I cooked up some butter beans ....and some Boston baked beans.

At the flip, things were shaping up.

Hit them with the tomato Dijon Fusion Finishing sauce.

Plated with some macaroni salad. Can’t tell you when I have had such a tender chop!

Peeked the interest of ol Kodi.

Tanks for lookin.

Looks real good Robin, although that is a lot of beans for one meal...

Yes sir, mighty fine grub right there. Nice nod to us Yankees, with the beans. You save me a chop if I leave now I’ll be there for probably lunchtime.

There is one sitting here but I am guessing you would need to get here before the wif gets home. You gonna need a really fast jet.

That chop looks amazing...and I see no problem at all with the 3 carb loaded sides. I am stocking up on carbs for the remainder of 2018.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • I do so love me some fusion. Looks awesome!

In which case, I completely understand as dogs come before a lot of things and I would not want to create strife.

Is this a commercial product?  I was hoping for a recipe (it sounds fascinating).

No way to beat a pork chop. Best on the MM for sure, and with Robin cooking it.
