Reverse Sear Tri Tip

Decided to try Killer Hogs Steak Seasoning on a Tri Tip. Smoked with Post Oak for 45 minutes at 250 till 115. Then seared for 2 mins per side at 500 direct. Wife said it was the best Tri Tip so far.
