Flip Brisket?

Should a brisket be flipped when cooking? Or should it just be left alone? If your mopping, is it ok to remove from Egg and flip to get the other side? I assume fat side up is the way to go too... I've had mine on for about 3 hours now and I'm getting punchy :-) Any help would be appriciated
