It is a Prime 14 pounder from Costco... put it on at 7 last night. Went out at 3 this morning and wrapped in butcher paper. Internal was 170. Was 200 at 7, so off the egg. - Bettendorf, Ia with lots of time in Chattanooga, Tn. LBGE, plate setter, ar, Looft lighter, maverick et-735, Rutland gasket, Smokeware SS cap, Kickash basket, and lots of cast iron.
