Hunter pit (roast) beef

I combined Meathead's Baltimore Pit beef recipe with my mother-in-law's recipe for Hunter beef, a Pakistani dish that involves a 2-3 day marinade in tamarind paste.  As Meathead suggests, I sliced it as thin as possible. It made an incredible roast beef sandwich. Full recipe on halalpitmasters.com
