Nothing special, just a large cheeseburger
But.... It's the first cook on the Blackstone that doesn't suck right off the bat.
I had a bad regulator that nobody wanted to know anything about since it's years old. I just thought it was a junk propane tank, after I got a new one and the problem persisted I figured it out.
Since the fittings are not standard, I cut the supply rail and soldered a nice jic connector to it and got an adjustable regulator so it works like it probably should have from new.
But.... It's the first cook on the Blackstone that doesn't suck right off the bat.

I have problems with my Blackstone 17 not getting as hot when I run it on a 20# tank verses a 1# tank. Have you noticed a difference?
