I just tried this on Sunday. Mine didn't look as perfect as yours, but I heard all kinds of compliments. 7 lb belly (I thought too much) for 8 people and only a pint of cubes left after dinner!2 questions: where'd you get that spread steel grate and which temp controller is that in the screen cap?Thanks.
