I’d get a food saver from Costco they have a good one and when they run it on sale which is like 6 times a year it’s $99. I’ve been using one for probably 8 years and have never had the need for anything bigger. I sous vide and buy all my meat from Costco and it works great. I can’t seal a brisket which is about the only large thing I would like to try in the sous vide but I can just do it in the kryovac it comes in I think.
@Lit , I thought the same, 15 pound packer started with the point end fit in the bag nice...Smoked for 3 hours on the Stick, Sealed and in the bath for 36 hours

The do some expandable bags.. @nolaegghead I think has posted about them on a few occasions.  Great for larger cuts but still work with standard food saver.
  • You can get rolls of bag material from Amazon for cheap and they work well. I think foodvacbags is the seller

I also buy the foodvacbags on Amazon and have been very happy with them.  Another good bag is the expandable bags from Foodsaver.  They take a little more fussing to seal them, but I have even sealed a turkey in one.  They come as a roll that you cut to the length you need.
