I purchased my Lbge in 2008 and it is the best $1000 I have ever spent. The forum has provided starting points for some of my most successful dinners and I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all the eggheads out there who contributed to my success. Below are my go to posts for a variety of meats I like to cook. If you are new to cooking on the egg, I hope these are as useful a resource as they are to me.
