Whole cauliflower head.
Brushed with melted butter. Sprinkled with Dizzy Pig IPA and grated parmesan. On the MM at 350 for about an hour.
Turned out pretty good. I would do this again.

Are u cooking that indirect with a plate setter or a raised grid with just a foil pan under neath?

It’s a bbq sauce that I don’t like, Mayo based if I’m correct. Only BBQ sauce worth eating is vinegar based......You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

@Eoin, it's a mayo based sauce popularized by Big Bob Gibson's, a restaurant in Alabama. Originally for dipping chicken in. Surprisingly tasty. I don't think it's widely available (other than online) outside of Alabama. Easy to make though. A million different recipes, here's one...Eoin said:What is Alabama white sauce?
