Whole cauliflower head.
Brushed with melted butter. Sprinkled with Dizzy Pig IPA and grated parmesan. On the MM at 350 for about an hour.
Turned out pretty good. I would do this again.

I didn’t take any sauced pics. It wasn’t planned. We had spatchcock yardbird for dinner so the white sauce was on the table. -

Are u cooking that indirect with a plate setter or a raised grid with just a foil pan under neath?

It’s a bbq sauce that I don’t like, Mayo based if I’m correct. Only BBQ sauce worth eating is vinegar based......You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else
