Pete, I get heavy handed with the "liquid gold" and run out and then I get lazy and don't make anymore.

Do these ABT's always have to include the little smoked sausages? I thought they were just bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with cheese.

I'll sometimes put something in them like meat and sometimes I will not. These just had cheese.

I've got pictures somewhere I can't find them right now but I have done shrimp in mine as well. you have to park up the bacon first to help with that cooking process so you're shrimp aren't overcooked. And then some of those I used pimento cheese instead of cream cheese.
