Sunday Surf and Turf

Picked up some gulf shrimp and a prime ribeye for Sunday dinner.  The steak and everything else was spot on but I’ll have to say the brined chicken breast turned out eggcellent. Texture and juiciness was hard to beat and I think the brine really helped prevent drying out during a high(er) heat cook at around 450-500.
