I did tacos today also... not on the BGE... just hamburger and packaged taco seasoning... nothing special, but those are my favorite tacos.Las Vegas, NV

Money pit is right. We got the Rubbermaid closet system on amazon on sale. It’s been four years and She’s been patient. Her helping paint makes things go ten times faster. Gonna look great when finished. We even got the “mistint” paint at Lowe’s. $30 for $140 worth of paint.YukonRon said:

Tacos were so good I woke up in the middle of the night thinking of them and made a 2am run to the kitchen. We should do this once a week. Never end up thinking of it...Large BGE and Medium BGE

Since we bought the egg we really like pulled pork tacos, pulled beef is good too.
A bit more unconventional but amazing is pulled pork with flour tortillas and blue cheese slaw. When I googled blue cheese slaw almost all the recipes we’re 4-5 stars, I knew that was a good sign.
If you want to try something different with your burger tacos try running the meat through a food processor after it’s done cooking, grinds it up really fine, kind of different.
Fried fish corn tortillas and slaw
Slow cooker corned beef and slaw
Seasoned Mahi Mahi tacos
and on and on!
