Baked two Pepperoni Pizzas tonight on the large using the Roswell Rig and they were just awesome.

Oh and the Pizza Videos did not help at all.

I'm going to have to experiment with my AR and see if I can make it work like a Roswell Rig, That pizza looks great. Pepperoni is may all time favorite topping.

I’m a little disappointed you didn’t attempt the three cheese blend, Jim. I know it looks daunting but I believe you could pull it off if you were only willing to try!

John I'm working my way up to that, last night pizza #2 had two cheese's. next time I'm going all in with cheese and cutting in 10 slices. Your videos have inspired me. Thanks

I have the AR and it's awesome as is all of Tom's products but for doing two pizzas at the same time the Roswell Rig is the best.

I got this one as a gift and it's OK had to sharpen it when I first got it. Have a custom made wheel in the Motor Home that Capt Frank made me and it is much better. Like them both.

No Kay and I can only eat 6 slices and we don't like to waist food.

Thanks, sometimes we get thin crust from Restaurant Depot frozen and they are very good, very easy, just take out of the freezer wait 15 minutes top and bake. The Wewalka crust is very good and comes with parchment paper. Ingles has it.

I have one and like it. It does take a lot of room in the drawer though vs. a wheel.
