Helpful Pizza Making Videos

As many of you know, I've really gotten into making pizza the past year or so. One of the things I've found really helpful are videos on YouTube and elsewhere that really break things down into simple steps, so that even the most challenging tasks are nearly idiot-proof.

I've been trying to nail that cheese blend for a few years but have always fallen a little short of the mark.However, with the aid of that video, I think I have a new understanding of the dynamics of the process and where I have been going wrong and what I need to do to get it right. Giddy with excitement for my next attempts!!

Yes, I'm a nitpicker!
He only cut that pizza into 8 slices that had 6 equally sized slices and 2 slices that were twice as big as the other 6. He needed 1 more slice at 36° to make 10 equally sized slices.

Haha, dude is from Connecticut. Says he has cooked for Martha Stewart. He must have a clue - Martha doesn't suffer fools. I understand she treats her hired help quite shabbily. Maybe that's why he moved to AZ.
